4.1 Currency. All transactions on the runmlwin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where applicable, currency conversion fees may apply and are the responsibility of the user.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on runmlwin is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. runmlwin reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. runmlwin aims to process verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.
4.4 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your runmlwin account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. runmlwin reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds at any time.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be classified as dormant. runmlwin reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from customer support.
5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses and promotional credits awarded by runmlwin are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
5.2 Bonus Abuse. runmlwin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it reasonably suspects that a user is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
5.3 Modification of Promotions. runmlwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion, bonus, or loyalty program at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a user's account prior to the modification.
5.4 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method.

9.1 runmlwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the runmlwin platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 runmlwin implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and runmlwin cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, runmlwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 runmlwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your runmlwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 runmlwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude runmlwin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 Closure by User. You may close your runmlwin account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
11.2 Closure by runmlwin. runmlwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the runmlwin platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 10, and 12.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to runmlwin's customer support team for informal resolution. runmlwin will endeavor to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.1 runmlwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, runmlwin will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification.
13.2 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the runmlwin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.3 If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
